SCORE provides entrepreneurs and small business owners with confidential, free business help. Our counselors are experienced business owners and managers who volunteer their time, offering free advice to any small business owner or prospective business owner. We serve Vancouver and all of Southwest Washington.
How to Request an Appointment
New clients can request counseling via these simple steps:
- 1. Determine the nature of the help you are seeking. The more specific and defined you are in the help you request, the better able we can match a counselor to meet your needs. Counselor biographies and areas of expertise can be found on the left navigation menu.

2. Please register and give us some basic information here:
- 3. Review the 7 Tips for Successful Counseling page for useful information before your appointment (link is on the left navigation menu). If you aren't familiar with the area around Clark College, you may want to review the map information on our Office Locations page as well.
Existing clients who have already registered and have received counseling at least once, can request follow-up counseling. Please send a request via email.
Our goal is to have a counselor contact you within four days and to schedule a counseling session within two weeks. If you haven't heard from SCORE within five days please call us.
