Janet Harte concentrates her experience as a former business owner, instructor, and specialist in finance and human resources on small business development topics such as strategic business planning, market analysis, and financial management.
A director of the Small Business Development Center in Vancouver she is available to SCORE for referrals and co-counseling. She is a strong SCORE advocate and assists in promoting the SCORE program.
Harte is a certified small business counselor. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Portland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, from Portland State University.
