Mr. Schilling is a developed specialist in the telecommunications industry with thirty years of experience in the combined fields of engineering and senior management. He was a part of the start-up team of Integra Telecom as a senior manager and mentor of managerial candidates
As an experienced manager, Mr. Schilling entered graduate school and completed a Ph.D. program in Human Development. This background and certification in the HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) reference tool has equipped him with a skill set for addressing preference, productivity and effectiveness in the corporate work place.
Mr. Schilling has a BSET from Franklin University, and an MA and Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate School in Santa Barbara, California.
